Roco Kingdom Type Chart: All 18 Element Matchups
Full 18-element Roco Kingdom type chart with every 2x and 0.5x matchup, the best attacking types, and which elements to avoid stacking on defense.
Quick answer: Roco Kingdom runs 18 elements and a simple 2x / 0.5x multiplier system — there is no 0x immunity in the current battle data. Poison is the widest attacking element with six 2x targets, Martial is second with five, and Dragon is the only attacking type with a single 2x target (Dragon itself). This chart was extracted from the global closed beta build; Tencent has not published an official chart, so treat the numbers as beta values that can change at launch.
The game is live in a limited Quack Quack Test that started October 27, 2026, so anyone in the beta can open the Jini details screen and see the same arrows the table below is built from. That is also the fastest way to settle an argument: the in-game type panel beats any fan chart, including this one.

How to Read the Roco Kingdom Type Chart
Each row is the attacking element, each column is the defending element. The cell tells you what happens to damage when a move of that element hits a Jini of that element.
| Cell | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 2x | Super effective, double damage |
| 0.5x | Not very effective, half damage |
| blank | Neutral, normal damage |
Three practical rules follow from that table shape:
- A Jini with two elements can take 2x from one side and 0.5x from the other on the same hit; the game multiplies them, so a 2x/0.5x hit lands at neutral damage.
- Because there are no 0x entries, no element is fully walled by another. Every Jini can be chipped by every element.
- The chart only covers element multipliers. It says nothing about stats, skills, or the beta's PvP scaling, which the official site describes as "strategy over stats" rather than a stat check.

If you only need one number: Poison attacks hit six of the eighteen elements for 2x (Flora, Fire, Ice, Electric, Poison, Cute), which makes a Poison Jini the default answer to mixed teams in the beta. The trade-off is that Poison also resists five elements, so it is not a free pick on defense.
Best Attacking Elements in the Beta
The table below counts how many defending elements each attacking type hits for 2x and how many it is reduced against. A type with many 2x rows and few 0.5x rows is safe to slap on a team without scouting.
| Attacking element | 2x targets | 0.5x targets | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poison | 6 | 3 | Widest coverage, best generalist |
| Martial | 5 | 3 | Great against Common, Earth, Ice, Havoc, Mechanical |
| Fire | 4 | 4 | Strong but half against Water and Earth |
| Earth | 4 | 5 | Hits Fire, Ice, Electric, Poison; walled by Flora and Wing |
| Ice | 4 | 4 | Only reliable answer to Dragon besides Cute |
| Common | 3 | 1 | Low payoff, very few resistances |
| Flora | 3 | 5 | Good into Water, Light, Earth; bad into Fire |
| Water | 3 | 2 | Solid into Fire, Earth, Mechanical |
| Insect | 3 | 2 | Niche, hits Flora, Havoc, Illusion |
| Wing | 3 | 2 | Hits Flora, Insect, Martial |
| Cute | 3 | 2 | The anti-Dragon, anti-Martial pick |
| Spectral | 3 | 1 | Hits Light, Spectral, Illusion |
| Havoc | 3 | 3 | Hits Poison, Cute, Spectral |
| Mechanical | 3 | 4 | Hits Earth, Ice, Cute |
| Light | 2 | 1 | Narrow but clean into Spectral and Havoc |
| Electric | 2 | 2 | Water and Wing only |
| Illusion | 2 | 2 | Poison and Martial only |
| Dragon | 1 | 2 | Dragon vs Dragon, nothing else |
Read that table as a coverage tool, not a tier list. A Poison Jini with bad skills still loses; the chart only decides how much damage a hit does when it lands.
Which Elements Are Safest on Defense
Defense is the other half of the chart. The count below is how many attacking elements hit each defender for 2x — lower is better.
| Defending element | Weak to (2x) | Resists (0.5x) |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 1 | 3 |
| Water | 2 | 3 |
| Light | 2 | 1 |
| Electric | 2 | 2 |
| Insect | 2 | 3 |
| Wing | 2 | 3 |
| Illusion | 2 | 2 |
| Dragon | 3 | 0 |
| Martial | 3 | 5 |
| Cute | 3 | 2 |
| Spectral | 3 | 1 |
| Fire | 4 | 4 |
| Poison | 4 | 5 |
| Havoc | 4 | 2 |
| Mechanical | 4 | 3 |
| Flora | 5 | 3 |
| Ice | 5 | 3 |
| Earth | 6 | 3 |
Earth is the most exploitable defensive element in the beta: six attacking types hit it for 2x, including Water, Flora, Ice, Martial and Mechanical, which are all common in early zones. Common is the sturdiest on paper with a single weakness, but its resistances are narrow.
These multipliers come from the October 2026 closed beta. Tencent has said balance, text and features in the test may differ from release, and the official FAQ explicitly calls game balance subject to change. Re-check any matchup that decides a team slot after launch.
Dual-Element Jinies and Stacking
A dual-element Jini is not automatically better. The chart multiplies, so a Flora/Water Jini takes 4x from a Fire move that hits both halves for 2x, and 0.25x from an Ice move that both halves resist. In practice:
- Stacking weaknesses is the main risk. Two elements that share a weakness turn a neutral matchup into a one-shot.
- Stacking resistances is the main reward. Flora/Insect, for example, resists Fire, Water, Electric and Martial between them, at the cost of a painful Fire-side overlap.
- Coverage still wins games. A dual type that resists half the chart but cannot hit anything for 2x drags out fights the beta's PvP timer does not forgive.

Where the Chart Comes From
Tencent has not published an official Roco Kingdom type chart. The matrix above was extracted from the global closed beta client, cross-checked against the in-game Jini detail panel, and matches the Chinese launch build's element set. The 18 element names are the English beta localisation: Common, Flora, Fire, Water, Light, Earth, Ice, Dragon, Electric, Poison, Insect, Martial, Wing, Cute, Spectral, Havoc, Mechanical and Illusion.
The Chinese version has been live since March 26, 2026, so its chart is the most stable reference point. If a global value disagrees with the Chinese build, trust the build you are actually playing.
Official source: Quack Quack Test FAQ — confirms the test build is still under active development and that balance may differ from the final release.
FAQ
Does Roco Kingdom have type immunities?
No. The current 18x18 matrix contains only 2x and 0.5x values. There is no element that takes zero damage from another element, so every Jini can be hit by every type.
What is the strongest type in Roco Kingdom?
Poison has the widest offensive coverage with six 2x matchups, and Martial is second with five. Neither is a free win: Poison is also weak to four attacking elements, and both types depend on the Jini's skills and stats.
How many elements are in Roco Kingdom?
Eighteen: Common, Flora, Fire, Water, Light, Earth, Ice, Dragon, Electric, Poison, Insect, Martial, Wing, Cute, Spectral, Havoc, Mechanical and Illusion.
Do dual-type Jinies take 4x damage?
Yes, when both of their elements are weak to the attacking element. They can also take 0.25x when both resist it. The multipliers multiply rather than average.
